Berries Pavlova

Antara menu yg terperuk dlm lappy muhahahahhaa...
Smakin hari smakin sebok...nk jenguk "rumah" sdiri pun masa cemburu dh!

Ini sebenarnye pavlova yg mommy wat masa birthday Arish, my 4th pearl on last 7May11. Choc cake is his fav so mommy dh wat a day early but the pav mommy wat pagi 7May tu. It may not be in his fav list though :( he just munching the berries...Tp, different story for his big brother, Danish...He ended up with grabbing this thing every night & morning, till end!

Pavlova mmg very easy to make. Just 2 ingreds & fruits plus cream, you're done! So this time I put lots and lots of berries...cranberries, strawberries, blueberries, boysenberries & raspberries. So, dptlah nama berries pavlova.

Berries Pavlova

Rangup, lemak & masam2 manis buah....
Bhn:
Putih telur dr 4 bj telur
1cwn gula kastor (kurangkn sket kalo nk krg manis ... if you're topping is not sweet then let it be 1cup)
berries - cariklah yg campur2 (mommy guna yg frozen jer)
3/4 - 1 cwn cream, whipkan smpai thicken

Cara:
1. Panaskan oven dlm 150C (kalo guna fan forced oven, reduce to 130C).
2. Pukul putih telur dlm bekas (pastikan bekas kering). Pukul smpai nk jd tanduk (soft peak).
3. Sambil pukul, tmbh gula sket2 and pukul sampai bertanduk. Siap!
4. Alaskan loyang oven dgn alumunium foil.Griskn sket. Letak adunan exactly atas alum foil tu, buat mcm bentuk mangkuk terbalik (diameternye agak2 je) & ratakan permukaannye tu. Mskkn ke dlm preheated oven td & bakar selama 25-30min. Jgn bukak2 masa baking tu yek, kalo bukak gak, pav akan merekah2.
5. Dh siap dlm 25-30min, tutup api oven & biarkan aje pavlova kt dlm tuh. Biar dia sejuk dlm oven.
6. Dh fully sejuk, baru bwk kuar & HATI-HATI transfer ke dlm pinggan. Hiaskan dgn cream & berries tadi. Siap utk dihidang.

Siap in less than 1 hour....
